There is the Rincon Inn which is in Rincon on the western side of the Island.
They list their prices at $25/ night and I saw some good reviews for them, but I have never been there. Good luck in your search.

Yes, Rincon is the place to be! You can stay at any of its guest houses and hotels. I love to visit that small town with a lot of beach activities and bars. You should look up b-smart rent a car and for a new or inproved look try Alteri Salon and Spa in Vista Mar Plaza. For a good American and Puerto Rican food, try Tamboo and Calipso Cafe on road 413. I know you will enjoy your stay.
